Meet the Models...

The Closet Freak is a tight nit team full of ambitious people trying to make the world a happy planet full of neon and vintage; our clothes  are unique and meant to make a statement. In order for us to get that message across, it's essential to have some killer models who are just as unique, and know how to be themselves. We felt it would be awesome if each week we introduce each of The Closet Freak models, so you get to know the team a little better. Usually people are so critical of models; claiming they are just another pretty face with no brains who go out and show their goodies as a job. Well guess what?! Our models are anything but that! So for those who criticize, grab a full glass of water, because The Closet Freak models will have you swallowing your mean words!

Q: What got you into modeling?

A: Growing up I never thought I'd model.  At 14 yrs old  I ended up going to a performing arts school and I originally wanted to dance but the director thought It would benefit me to take some modeling classes to improve my confidence. so I did and I really enjoyed it as well as the acting classes. I began to get taller and that's when I knew it happened for a reason, so I've committed to it since then.

Q: Do you attend school? What is your career path?

A: I'm currently going to a junior college to get my AA and I'm still undecided which school I'll be transferring to next. I definitely want to stay in Los angeles to pursue modeling and acting but at the same time I'd like to pursue the business side of fashion.

Q: What is your favorite thing you own in your closet?

A: Tough question to answer because I feel as if every article of clothing I own is particularly different to why I like it. If I had to choose It would be my black leather tights, I don't wear them often but they go with everything!

Q: Who is your favorite designer or fashion icon?

A: Audrey Hepburn by far is my favorite icon. She was such a elegant, and talented women! On top of being beautiful it seemed like she was humble , her quotes are so true and applicable to life.

Q: Where do you see yourself in five years?

A: In five years I still see myself modeling but also having a secure job. Hopefully I'll have my degree by then and possibly settling down with my significant other.

Q: What is your favorite thing you own in your closet?

A: My favorite thing in my closet would probably be my tribal print grey and white sweater. Its super soft & cozy.

Q: Who is your favorite designer or fashion icon?

A: My favorite designer right now is Yuske Kamiya. He's an unbelievable designer and he designs his clothes with things you totally wouldn't even expect.

Q: Where do you see yourself in five years?

A: In 5 years I'm not exactly sure where I'll be. You're led into so many different directions. Each passion transcends into another simultaneously. Right now I'm just surfing the waves of life and enjoying the experiences I'm blessed with.

  • For the blankets get those sargtoe bags that you can vacuum them smaller in the bag. Then get a shoe rack and put it on the door and hang your shoes on there. Take all the clothes out of the closet and put them in piles. One pile for pants, one for shirts, etc. Then hang them up one pile at a time. Use different colour hangers so you know what is what. Also, get some baskets and put them on the bottom of the closet and put in Nick naks like scarves, hats, and whatever. Good luck
