If you're like me, this fall weather makes you lag a little big on your workout game. Where I'm from, it actually got cold in the Fall, and I was able to hide under over sized sweaters and scarfs. But not that I live in Los Angeles, it is ALWAYS sunny! So I feel like I have to keep it tight all the time!!! I found this really cool workout routine from Lauren Conrad's site and I thought I would share it. I've been trying it out and I love that it only takes thirty minutes, but causes me to sweat a lot, and makes me feel like I got a quick workout in my busy day.
